Photo Story- Pac Man

When I was little, this Pac-Man wind up toy first  appeared at my grandma’s house. It belonged to my Uncle, so we didn’t get to play with it much when we were kids.SNAG-000001513
In 2004 my wife and I rented my grandma’s house. She left behind a bunch of “junk” in the garage and in a little storage shed in the back yard, along with some odds and ends all over the house. We found this Pac-Man wind up toy, and decided to make a photo session out of it.

When you wind the toy up, he rolls across your table or whatever, and chomps, just like in the game of Pac-Man. After a couple of years, we wore this Pac-Man out and his head fell off, leaving his lower jaw, and arms, legs, and the ghost.  we couldn’t enjoy the toy if it was broken!

So one day we were at an indoor flea market where we spotted 2 more wind-up Pac-Men.   We bought both of them immediately and put them to work in some films and newer picture projects.
